At Boro Chiropractic, every service is built around one question: what does this person need to move well, feel strong, and get back to their life? Below you'll find four distinct paths — each designed for a different goal, but all rooted in the same hands-on, personalized approach that makes Boro Chiro different.

Most people who come to us after an injury have already tried rest. They've iced it, stretched it, maybe even seen another provider. But the pain keeps coming back — because the root cause was never fully addressed.
Care + Rehab is our most comprehensive service. It combines hands-on chiropractic care with a personalized rehabilitation program designed to not only get you out of pain, but to make sure you stay out of it. We work through all three steps of our process — joint alignment, muscle support, and functional strength — so your body isn't just recovering, it's rebuilding.

You're active. You work hard. You push your body — and you'd like to keep doing that for a long time. Proactive Care is designed for patients who aren't necessarily injured right now, but know that consistent maintenance is what keeps them performing and feeling their best.
Think of it like regular maintenance for your car — except it's your body, and the stakes are higher. This service helps you stay mobile, recover more efficiently from training and daily demands, and catch small issues before they become big ones.

Getting back to the gym after an injury — or starting a fitness routine for the first time — can feel intimidating. What's safe? What's going to make things worse? How do you build strength without re-injuring yourself?
Medically Guided Fitness takes the guesswork out of it. Our doctors walk alongside you through every exercise, building a plan that's tailored to your movement patterns, your history, and your goals. You'll leave every session more confident in your body and more equipped to train on your own.

If you've been dealing with chronic pain or a nagging injury that hasn't responded to rest, stretching, or traditional care — StemWave may be the missing piece.
StemWave uses targeted sound wave technology to improve blood flow and activate the body's natural healing response in areas of persistent pain or tissue damage. It's non-invasive, requires no downtime, and is particularly effective for chronic conditions that have been difficult to treat through conventional methods.

That's completely okay — figuring that out together is exactly what your first visit is for. We'll listen, assess, and point you in the right direction. And if we're ever not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and connect you with someone in our trusted network who is.

Hailing from Minnesota, Dr. Noah Emanuel is a board-certified sports chiropractic physician who takes a performance-chiropractic approach to your treatment. He is well-known for his ability to make complex processes simple; if you move, he considers you an athlete. As a former college lacrosse player and team trainer, he’s very familiar with the importance of mobility and how to treat sports-related injuries.
His education includes a B.S. in Biokinetics with an emphasis in exercise science and a minor in coaching from Bethel University. During his time at Bethel University, he developed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for various NCAA sports teams on campus. He went on to achieve a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. After graduating, he completed a sports fellowship at the Human Performance Center at NWHSU, where he led the development of the sports nutrition department and managed care for both a semi-professional football team and a national tug-of-war team.
Dr. Noah has traveled the world teaching and sharing his passion for improving performance through nutrition and chiropractic care. He presented at a national conference for the Australian Chiropractic Association on sports nutrition in 2019, and then taught extremity adjusting and evaluation for the Federation of International Sports Chiropractors in England later that year.
He now resides in Murfreesboro, TN, where he and his wife, Dr. Lauren Emanuel, are eager to serve the community as well as its athletes at their clinic, Boro Chiropractic. Together, they mentor young adults and lead the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Middle Tennessee State University. In his free time, you can also find Dr. Noah at the CrossFit gym or acting as unofficial grill master and cook when he and his wife host student athletes at their home.
