About Boro Chiropractic

We're not your average chiropractic clinic.
We're your coaches, your community,
and your biggest fans
Built on one belief: if you move, you are an athlete. We're here to help you do it well, for a long time.
Mission & Vision

Why we do this work

We started Boro Chiropractic because we saw too many people settling for temporary relief. Too many patients leaving without a real plan. We built something different.
Our Mission
To Create Community
empower and encourage individuals to achieve optimal health for the Kingdom of God.
Our Vision
To See A City Transformed
by people who are healthy, active, and walking in their God-given purpose
What we believe

Our core values

These aren't slogans. They're how we make decisions, treat patients, and show up every day.
If you move, you are an athlete
Movement is not optional — it's essential. Whether you're an athlete, a parent, or someone trying to feel better, we believe movement is a gift from God and a key part of healing.
Empower + Encourage = Equipped Athlete
We teach healthy habits to meet goals.
We Lead With Excellence and Integrity.
Honest, unreasonable hospitality. We are honest in everything we do, we exceed expectations, and we aren’t going to trick patients.
We build community, not just a patient list.
You aren’t just a number.
We are solution-minded.
We don’t have to be the one to get patients better; if we aren’t a good fit, we will refer to our network of trusted health partners.
We steward our gif ts for the Kingdom.
Our work matters because people matter. We use our skills and
this practice to love, serve, and lead others toward freedom in
health and life.

Dr. Noah Emanuel, D.C.
Board-Certified Sports Chiropractic Physician

Hailing from Minnesota, Dr. Noah Emanuel is a board-certified sports chiropractic physician who takes a performance-chiropractic approach to your treatment. He is well-known for his ability to make complex processes simple; if you move, he considers you an athlete. As a former college lacrosse player and team trainer, he’s very familiar with the importance of mobility and how to treat sports-related injuries.

His education includes a B.S. in Biokinetics with an emphasis in exercise science and a minor in coaching from Bethel University. During his time at Bethel University, he developed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for various NCAA sports teams on campus. He went on to achieve a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. After graduating, he completed a sports fellowship at the Human Performance Center at NWHSU, where he led the development of the sports nutrition department and managed care for both a semi-professional football team and a national tug-of-war team.

Dr. Noah has traveled the world teaching and sharing his passion for improving performance through nutrition and chiropractic care. He presented at a national conference for the Australian Chiropractic Association on sports nutrition in 2019, and then taught extremity adjusting and evaluation for the Federation of International Sports Chiropractors in England later that year.

He now resides in Murfreesboro, TN, where he and his wife, Dr. Lauren Emanuel, are eager to serve the community as well as its athletes at their clinic, Boro Chiropractic. Together, they mentor young adults and lead the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Middle Tennessee State University. In his free time, you can also find Dr. Noah at the CrossFit gym or acting as unofficial grill master and cook when he and his wife host student athletes at their home.

Dr. Lauren Emanuel, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic · Webster Technique Certified

Dr. Lauren Emanuel, D. C., arrived in Murfreesboro with a mission to serve her community well by not only providing a unique approach to chiropractic care, but also encouraging patients young and old to thrive in life. As an athlete and former CrossFit coach, she maintains a fascination with injury prevention; though when injuries do happen, she meets the challenge to assist in improving movement with cheerful enthusiasm.

Dr. Lauren attended Winona State University, where she earned an Athletic Training degree and enjoyed working with athletes on the volleyball, hockey, and football teams. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2018, and she is now a board-certified and licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in the state of Tennessee.

Carrying a passion for pediatric chiropractic and prenatal care, Dr. Lauren has also procured a certification in the Webster technique. She possesses a unique talent in working with the tiniest of patients from newborns and infants to toddlers and children.

When Dr. Lauren is not treating patients, she loves traveling with her husband, Dr. Noah. She is passionate about her faith in Jesus Christ and uses her platform to lead young adults as a character coach for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Middle Tennessee State University. She can also be found at the CrossFit gym, or at home being the best dog-mom to her mixed-breed buddy, Knox.
